When I launch Constraints Editor from within Project Navigator, and select the Output IO (Clock to Pad) Wizard from Ports Branch, the Clock to Pad Wizard appears. Then, I create a Pad timegroup and enter a timing requirement. When I press OK, nothing happens.
When is this going to be fixed?
This problem has been fixed in the latest 10.1 Service Pack available at:

The first service pack containing the fix is 10.1 Service Pack 3
