I have an issue with a design in PlanAhead. What files should I send to Technical Support so that they can help me debug my issue?
Solution
Create a ZIP archive with the following files and directory:
./project_name.ppr
./project_name.data
./project_name.runs
From the above, replace project_name with the name of your PlanAhead project. All these files and directories are located in your PlanAhead project directory.
