When I launch the 64-bit version of Project Navigator on Windows Vista (64-bit), it opens the splash screen and then exits without any further message when my Hewlett-Packard printer drivers and software are installed.
Solution
A case has been identified where the printer drivers for certain Hewlett-Packard printers interfere with 64-bit Project Navigator on 64-bit Microsoft Windows Vista.If your printer is not certified for use on Windows Vista or native Windows Vista 64-bit drivers are not available, try uninstalling the printer's drivers as a troubleshooting method.
This is resolved in the ISE 11.2 release.
