AR# 31931 Platform Cable USB 10.1, 11.x iMPACT - While iMPACT is updating Cable Firmware, I see multiple "write cmdbuffer failed 20000015." messages

Keywords: USB-II, JTAG, configuration, DLC9, DLC9G, DLC9LP

When I access my Platform Cable USB, the following messages appear in the iMPACT console:

Check that the USB port the cable is attached to is a USB 1.1 port. This issue can arise if the cable firmware update is updated on a USB 1.1 port. The work-around is to update the firmware on a USB 2.0 port.
