How can I install just the DSP Tools without reinstalling all of the IDS tools?

Solution

The DSP Tools must be installed from the main IDS installer.

When selecting which tools to install, uncheck "IDS ISE Design Suite" and check only the DSP Tools. On the next page, be sure that only DSP Tools is checked again (and optionally WinPCAP which is required for Ethernet-based Hardware Co-Simulation).

NOTE: The DSP Tools require that the IDS Tools be installed. These instructions only apply to those who wish to later add the DSP Tools after initially installing only the ISE tools.
