My Base System Builder (BSB) design produces the following warning message:

"11.1 EDK - WARNING:EDK:2101 - PORT:Peripheral_Reset CONNECTOR:sys_periph_reset - C:\Data\EDK\bsb_ml507_l27\system.mhs line 462 - floating connection!"

Solution

This warning can be safely ignored.

BSB left a connection for non-existent peripherals. The unused connection will be safely trimmed.

This problem has been fixed in EDK 11.3, available at:
