11.1 System Generator for DSP - Why do I receive an error when attempting to simulate the demo design sysgenDDC?

When I attempt to simulate the System Generator example design sysgenDDC, I receive an error message regarding the DDS block in the sysgenDDC/DDC/Digital Mixer subsystem.
Solution
This error occurs because the lower-level System Generator token has an illegal setting of Virtex-II Pro for the device selection; this device is no longer supported in 11.1.To resolve this issue, remove the offending System Generator token, select "Save As", and save the model with a new name and close MATLAB. After reopening MATLAB and the model the issue should be resolved.
This issue is resolved in the demo delivered with System Generator for DSP 11.2.
