MIG v3.0-3.3 - Issues can occur when generating or regenerating a MIG project with the same component name
Description
When MIG generates a design, the CORE Generator software overwrites duplicate files in the project path only. If the design is generated in the same directory as an existing MIG project with the same component name, only duplicate files are overwritten. Consequently, if errors occurred previously (for example in simulation), the same errors might occur because old files still exist in the new project directory.
Solution
To ensure that the generated MIG project is completely new, either rename or delete the existing MIG project in the directory, or generate the new MIG project with a new component name.Applies To
