CoolRunner-II Starter Kit - Issue with programming when powered from 9V battery

When the CoolRunner-II Starter Kit is powered from 9V battery, there is a possibility that the programming or verifying will fail.

The problem arises from the relatively high series resistence of the 9V battery, meaning the battery is not able to provide the current quickly enough during program and verifying.

To work around this issue, power the board from the USB cable, a power supply, or two AA batteries.
