11.1 ISE - Project Navigator fails to launch with Xerox Phaser 7400 Printer Installed
Description
When I attempt to launch Project Navigator 11.1, the splash screen is briefly displayed and the program immediately exits.
Solution
Xilinx has identified that Project Navigator does not launch when the Xerox Phaser 7400 DX (postscript) printer is installed and configured as the default printer.
To work around this issue, update the printer driver to the latest driver available. If the problem persists, try setting a different printer as the default or uninstall this printer, if it is the only printer configured on your computer.
