11.1 ChipScope Pro - When using CORE Generator, the NCF files are not created for my ChipScope Core

When I use CORE Generator to generate my ChipScope cores, no NCF file is created.

How are the timing constraints added to the core? Do I need to add these manually?

Solution

Starting with ChipScope Pro 11.1, the timing constraints are merged into the ".ngc" file; no NCF is required, and you do not need to manually specify constraints.
