MCS files targeting SPI PROMs are not generated properly when the source ".bit" file has Start-Up Clock set to JTAG.

Solution

To work around this issue, generate the ".bit" file with the Start-up clock set to CCLK. This problem will be resolved in a future release of iMPACT.
