11.1 Constraints Editor Known Issue - Docking or Floating causes errors in editing constraints

Description

After Floating or Docking the Constraint Editor window, Constraints Editor does not work correctly. I am unable to edit some of the existing constraints or create new ones, and some of my constraints are showing up multiple times.  

 

When is this issue going to be fixed?

Solution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in the next major release of the design tools.
