AR# 32472 11.1 PlanAhead - Importing a UCF with pblocks leads to duplicate pblocks

Description

I have a UCF from PlanAhead that contains the same pblocks that currently exist in my floorplan. When I import these constraints, I end up with duplicate pblocks.

Solution

These duplicate pblocks can be deleted.

This issue will be fixed in a future release of PlanAhead.
