When I place a GCLK pin, the BUFG associated with it is automatically placed as well. Each GCLK pin can drive two BUFG sites, so there is more than one valid placement for this BUFG. This is unnecessarily limiting.
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future software release.
In the current software, if it is necessary to use the other BUFG, the constraints must be modified manually.
