Project Navigator locks up when I attempt to load an ISE 10.1 project on Linux Red Hat 3.
Solution
ISE 11.1 does not support operation on Linux RH3.One known issue that will prevent Xilinx tools from running on RH3 is that the ISE 11.1 tools use a different version of libc.
