11.1 ISE - Project Navigator 11.1 fails to open an ISE 10.1 project on Linux RH3
Description
Project Navigator locks up when I attempt to load an ISE 10.1 project on Linux Red Hat 3.
Solution
ISE 11.1 does not support operation on Linux RH3. See (Xilinx Answer 18419).
One known issue that will prevent Xilinx tools from running on RH3 is that the ISE 11.1 tools use a different version of libc.
