Why does XPS give the following error?

"ERROR:PersonalityModule:7 - Unable to open Xilinx data file for Vendor/Device Module "xc9500xl". Please make sure that it has been correctly installed before continuing."

Solution

You will need to install the WebPACK devices to work around this problem.
