11.1 PlanAhead - Unable to run Tutorials with WebPack installation

I am following one of the PlanAhead Tutorials, and I receive one of the following messages:
"ERROR:Xst:1817 - Invalid target device 'xc5vsx35t'"
"ERROR:Security:9 - No 'ISE' feature was available for part 'xc5vsx35t'."
"ERROR:Security:12 - No 'xc5vsx35t' feature was available (-5)."
"ERROR:Map:258 - A problem was encountered attempting to get the license for this architecture."
From the WebPACK Feature Summary, I can see that this device is not supported. How do I learn how to use PlanAhead and its features if I have a WebPACK license?

If the videos are not sufficient to teach usage, you can also generate a 30-day evaluation license which will give you access to all devices from the Download Center.
