For ChipScope Pro IBERT 10.1.03i and 11.1, the TX Pre-Emhasis and Differential output swing do not match the values in the User Guide.

Solution

This problem is fixed in ISE 11.2. For versions prior to 11.2, please use the values in the User Guide.
