When I attempt to constraint the top-level clocks of the design, Constraints Editor does not list all the top-level clocks.
When is this problem going to be fixed?
Solution
The Constraints Editor should list out all the top level clocks of a design.This is a known issue that is scheduled to be fixed in the next major release of the software.
