An internal fatal error occurs and MATLAB crashes if I use the Simulink Simulation option "Accelerator" or "Rapid Accelerator". Why?

Solution

The Simulink options "Accelerator" and "Rapid Accelerator" are not supported by System Generator for DSP. Some models will simulate with these options specified, but there is no known simulation speed increase for the System Generator blocks.

To resolve this issue, select "Normal" for this option in the Simulation drop-down menu.
