The SPI-4.2 Lite Core used in Virtex-6 LXT and CXT might fail in MAP with the following errors:
"ERROR:Place:418 - Failed to execute IOB Placement
ERROR:Place:418 - Failed to execute IOB Placement
ERROR:Pack:1654 - The timing-driven placement phase encountered an error"
