The Evaluation timer for the Soft TEMAC core does not get disabled even though a Full License for the core has been purchased. The Evaluation timer will time out in approximately 6-8 hours and the Soft TEMAC will stop functioning.

Solution

The patch included with this solution can be used to resolve this issue.

1. Download the archive from our FTP site at http://www.xilinx.com/txpatches/pub/applications/misc/ar33014_202a.zip
2. Extract it to the local pcores directory.
3. Clean all generated files and re-build the project.

This issue will be fixed in EDK 11.3, which will be available later this year.
