ChipScope/iMPACT - Operations fail when the Cable is operated at 24 MHz

When I connect to my Platform Cable USB-II at 24 MHz, I see operations fail. How do I work around this issue?

Solution

There is a known issue with the 24 MHz frequency on the Platform Cable USB-II. The cable should be operated at 12 MHz or lower. This option will be removed form ChipScope and iMPACT in the 11.3 release.
