11.2/11.3/11.4 ChipScope Pro Analyzer - When I reconfigure with the same bit file, my buses are displayed incorrectly

When I reconfigure my device in the analyzer using the same design and associated CDC file with the "Auto Create" buses option, the bus view is not correct. I see multiple copies of my buses or incorrect buses. How do I work around this issue?

Solution

To work around this issue you need to select the New Project to clean up the memory and signal information, before doing the same reconfigure again. If you reconfigure with different bit+cdc file with auto bus creation checked, the browser panel should display correctly. This only happens using the same bit-cdc file combination with auto bus creation checked. This issue will be resolved in ChipScope Pro 12.1.
