Description

When I am building an EDK system with Base System Builder (BSB) that includes dual PowerPC 440 cores with the MPMC attached to one of the processors, I receive the following error message when I enter the Peripheral Configuration page in BSB:

ERROR:EDK - Error calling proc
<CoreModel::ClockRequirements::get_possible_frequencies_for_port>: can't read
"strMainClkPortName": no such variable

Solution

This error message is visual only and does not impact the design.

This problem has been fixed in EDK 11.4, available at:
