AR# 33414 MIG v3.2, Virtex-4/Virtex-5 FPGA DDR/DDR2 - MIG GUI incorrectly enables Data Mask checkbox for X4 RDIMM parts which do not have a DM

Description

MIG v3.2 incorrectly enables the Data Mask selection for x4 RDIMM devices. These parts do no have a data mask, therefore, the selection in the GUI should be disabled and not editable. This occurs for both Virtex-4 and Virtex-5 FPGA DDR/DDR2 designs.

Solution

Unless the user disables the Data Mask selection, the tool remains stuck on the bank selection page. To work around this issue, deselect/disable the Data Mask option and complete the core generation.

Thisissue is resolvedin MIG v3.3 and released with ISE Design Suite11.4.
