I am launching PlanAhead from a network drive using the UNC path (\\drive\directory\...\planAhead.bat). Instead of opening my project, it crashes with the following error message.

ERROR: [HD-DB 0] Internal Data Exception: Config data file does not exist

How do I get past this issue? When will this be resolved?

Solution

To work around this issue, mount a drive to \\drive\directory rather than using the UNC path. This will be fixed in the next update for PlanAhead.
