I cannot connect to the processor on my ML40x board. Why?
A problem was introduced to Base System Builder (BSB) in version 11 of EDK where BSB erroneously assigns the USRCLK signal as the system signal instead of SYSCLK. A change to the EDK project's UCF file can work around the problem:
ML401, ML402, ML403 - Change AD12 to AE14
ML405 - Change AB12 to AB14
