When I add a <file_name>.ufp file for Indirect Flash programming, I see the following messages in the iMPACT console:

INFO:iMPACT:650 - syntax error at line 10 token
EXCEPTION:iMPACT:CifYacc.c:336:1.22.6.1 - Data mismatch

How do I work around this issue to program my flash?

Solution

There are two work-arounds:

- You can regenerate your PROM file in an alternate format such as MCS.

- Otherwise, you can delete the <file_name>.cfi file associated with the PROM file.
