Distributed Memory Generator v4.2 - Reset and CE options not enabled in the GUI

Using ISE software 11.3 and the Distributed Memory Generator v4.2, the Reset Options on page 3 of the GUI are permanently unavailable. Also, the Common Output CE on page 2 of the GUI is not enabled when I choose a Registered Dual Port RAM with Common Output CLK and a Dual Port Output CE. How do I resolve these issues?
Solution
This issue will be solved in the 11.4 release of ISE software. For now a tactical patch has been created to solve this issue. Please read the readme file included in the patch download before installing.http://www.xilinx.com/txpatches/pub/applications/misc/ar33736_33737_dist_mem_gen_v4_2_rev1.zip
