When a Spartan-6 FPGA MPMC design is run with a value of 1 (half) for Partial Array Self Refresh, it leads to the following Map error:

ERROR:Pack:2501 - Symbol
"MCB3_LPDDR/mpmc_core_0/gen_spartan6_mcb.s6_phy_top_if/mpmc_mcb_raw_wrapper_0/samc_0" of type MCB has a property "MEM_DDR2_3_PA_SR" with an illegal value of "HALF".

How do I resolve this error?

解决方案

To work around this issue, always set the C_MEM_PA_SR parameter to "FULL" when using DDR2 or DDR3 memories.

This issue is planned to be fixed in MPMC v5.05.a and later, scheduled to be released in EDK 12.1.
