Description

Are there any plans to support LPDDR in Virtex-6 devices in future versions of MIG?

Solution

LPDDR will not be supported in Virtex-6 devices.    

LPDDR is supported within the Spartan-6 FPGA MCB. Please see the Spartan-6 FPGA Memory Controller User Guide (UG388) for details. LPDDR is supported on Spartan-6 devices as they are both low power solutions.
