12.x Project Navigator - Project with IP core loses process status after closing

If an ISE software project contains an IP core, the process status will appear out of date after the project is closed and reopened.

Each IP core within a project contains its own .xise subproject. The interface that handles process statusis not correctly handling these sub-projects.

In the observed cases, the status issue begins after one of the IP cores within a project is regenerated. In most cases, the status is actually preserved (only shown as"Out of Date") and the correct status will be shown as soon as any process is run.

To avoid the risk of possibly having to rerun a process, the"Force process Up-to-Date" option can be used.

To continue implementing a designfrom a process that has been incorrectly marked "Out of Date", right click on the process and select "Force process Up-to-Date."
