AR# 35631 ISE Design Suite 13.x - Japanese Documentation Release Notes

Description

This README Answer Record contains installation instructions for the Japanese version of software documentation. The destination directory specified should contain an existing ISE 13.x software installation.

Solution


Installation Instructions:
On Windows:
  1. Download the ".zip" file from the Xilinx Download Center:
    http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm
  2. Unzip the archive in < ISE Design Suite Installation > (C:\Xilinx\13.x\ISE_DS). For more information, see (Xilinx Answer 32818).


On Linux:
  1. Download the .zip file from the Xilinx Download Center:
    http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm
  2. Go to <ISE Design Suite Installation > (/Xilinx/13.x/ISE_DS) and unzip the archive. For more information, see (Xilinx Answer 32818).
  3. Remove the usenglish document folder and rename japanese directory to usenglish for ISE and EDK:
    a. Remove < ISE Design Suite Installation >/ISE/doc/usenglish and < ISE Design Suite Installation >/EDK/doc/usenglish.
    b. Rename the respective japanese directory to usenglish.
