MIG Virtex-6-During custom part generation do I use the IDD values or AC Operating values from the Micron Spec?

Which table (IDD or AC Operating Conditions) should I get the values for when generating a custom part for a Virtex-6 device with MIG?

The IDD values are used to calculate power so all devices use the same spec numbers for IDD calculations.

Only the Electrical and AC numbers are relevant so the numbers from those tables should be entered when creating a custom part.
