ISE Design Suite 12.2 is a full install and has no other software prerequisites.

You can download the ISE Design Suite 12.2 Lab Tools from the Download Center:

  1. Untar the archive. For more information about tar files, see (Xilinx Answer 32818).
  2. Launch xsetup from the untarred directory, and follow the on-screen directions.
