I have to use two ILA in the project to trigger with different clocks. How to trigger two ILA at the same time?

To do this you will need to have some controlable external trigger (such as hit reset on the board first) or a predictable trigger. Make the trigger condition not occur first and hit trigger button in Chipscope analyzer for both ILA and then make the trigger conditionhappen.
