How do I write the OFFSET IN/OUT constraints for bi-directional I/O?

Description

How do I write the OFFSET IN/OUT constraints for bi-directional I/O?

Solution

The constraining ofbi-directional I/O issimilar to a traditional input (OFFSET IN) and output (OFFSET OUT) constraints. The input portion of the bi-directional port is constrained withan OFFSET IN, and the output portion of the bi-directional port is constrained with anOFFSET OUT.
