In the Project Settings, under the IP Catalog settings, the IP Catalog Location can be changed. Currently, changing this option is only applied for the open project. If the project is closed and re-opened, the default value for the IP Catalog Location is used.
Is this theintended behavior?
No, this issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future PlanAhead softwarerelease. In the meantime, you need to set it each time the project is opened.
