Description

I have a design that requires more than the maximum number of supported masters or slaves on a bus.Is there a supported flow to add more peripherals than the bus supports?

Solution


While a single bus only supports a limited number of peripherals, it is possible to extend the maximum number attached by using a bridge.With the use of a bridge, you can add a second bus that allows communication between the two sides.
