The Clocking Wizard guides you through the various functions and attributes available with the MMCM. It is recommended that you use the Clocking Wizard in your design if you plan on using the MMCM. Where To Access the Clocking Wizard

The Clocking Wizard can be accessed from the CORE Generator software. Within CORE Generator, the Clocking Wizard can be found by looking in the FPGA Features and Design folder and is contained within the Clocking folder. Alternatively, type in "Clocking Wizard" in the Search field.
