On July 30, 2010, prior to the production release of the Virtex-6 FPGA -1L FPGA, the specification for VCCINT on -1L for Industrial grade changed from 0.9V to 0.94 nominal. The minimum and maximum specifications are copied into the tables below; however, please refer to the
