In previous version of iMPACT (up to ISE software8.1) it was possible to select on the fly when programming a CoolRunner II device; now this is not possible. Why?
Solution
This is a known issue, the on the fly option is no longer in the GUI, but is still supported in batch mode by using the -oft switch when programming the device.
If using the GUI is required, then an older version of iMPACT can be used.
