AR# 38104 MIG v3.6-v3.7, Virtex-6 DDR3 - The GUI does not allow AXI RDIMM data width selection

Description

When I select an RDIMM part in MIG v3.6-7, the option for the data width is grayed out.

Solution

This is because the only valid options are 72/144, while AXI only supports widthsofup to 64 bits. Larger widths are currently being considered for ISE 13.2 software.
