After creating an AXI design, I get the following INFO message in the XPS console:
INFO:EDK:1398 - File "system.mss" could not be opened for reading
Solution
You can safely ignore this message as all AXI software application development is done through SDK therefore the MSS file is managed in SDK. This INFO message will be removed in ISE 13.1 software.
