Project Navigator - Can I create a message filter in command lines?

I would like to filter some messages when using a command line flow.

How can this bedone?

With a strict command line flow, the message filtering in Project Navigator is not available.

It is possible to filter messages using ISE Tcl commands. First, you need to setup the filters in Project Navigator as follows:

  1. Open the ISE project with Project Navigator.
  2. Create the Message Filter.
  3. Generate the Tcl script from Project -> Generate Tcl script.
  4. Close Project Navigator.
  5. Run the flow using individual commands or a script in the Xilinx Tcl shell (xtclsh).

The filter is stored in the iseconfig folder (in the work directory) in a file called "filter.filter".
