AR# 39375 12.3 Virtex-6 IBERT GTX - TXPOSTEMPHASIS MSB is not changed during sweep tests

Description

When I run through different TXPOSTEMPHASIS values for the Virtex-6 IBERT, the MSB of TXPOSTEMPHASIS does not seem to change.

How can I work around this issue?

Solution

This is a known issue in 12.3 which isscheduled to be fixed in the ChipScope 12.4 software.
