Solution

This problem has been fixed for ISE software version 13.1. Meanwhile, a workaround is to navigate to the "smartxplorer.html" file produced in the smartxplorer results directory to view the results of the smartxplorer run. An alternative is to examine the "smartxplorer.txt" file with a text editor.
