Table 1-25 of UG498 lists the valid configuration modes for the Spartan-3A DSP device on the XtremeDSP Development Platform: Spartan-3A DSP 3400A Edition. This table includes:
Master SelectMAP M[2:0] = 100
However, M[2:0] = 100 is a reserved mode for the entire Spartan-3 and extended families (including Spartan-3A DSP devices). Master SelectMAP mode is not supported on this board.
